Refund & Return Policy

At Mobitel, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Customers may request a return for faulty items and incorrect items within 14 days of purchase for assessment and resolution. Either a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Return Window (14 Days)

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be undamaged and returned in the same condition as when bought, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Exclusions (Sealed Phones)

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed and unopened mobile phones (regardless of colour or model). Such products carry the manufacturer’s 12 – 24 month warranty. Please contact the manufacturer or us directly for warranty assistance.

Condition of Goods & Care

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until they reach us. Ensure items are well-packaged to avoid damage in transit. Goods not returned in their original condition may incur restoration or handling fees.

Shipping & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure goods are received by us. We recommend tracked or special delivery for all returns. Until we confirm receipt, risk of loss or damage remains with you.

Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Risk of Loss Transfer

After you collect or receive the goods, the risk of damage or loss transfers to you.
