How We Grade

Mobitel Device Grading Overview

We use three clear cosmetic grades across all used/refurbished products: Excellent, Very Good, and Fair. Functionality is the same across grades. Every device is fully tested and unlocked.

  • ✅ Fully tested (diagnostics + manual checks)
  • ✅ Unlocked (no Apple/Google account locks)
  • ✅ Battery health typically 80–100%

Grades Explained

Excellent

Near-mint
  • Near-mint overall; micro marks only, barely visible at arm’s length.
  • Screen: no cracks/chips; may have faint hairlines not visible when lit.
  • Frame/Back: no dents or bends; negligible wear.
  • Function: 100% working; Face/Touch ID, cameras, speakers all pass.

Very Good

Light wear
  • Light to moderate signs of use.
  • Screen: light surface scratches possible; no cracks.
  • Frame/Back: small nicks or minor wear; no deep dents/bends.
  • Function: fully tested and unlocked.

Fair

Visible wear
  • Noticeable wear from regular use.
  • Screen: visible scratches/scuffs allowed; no cracks or missing pixels.
  • Frame/Back: scuffs or small dents acceptable; structurally sound.
  • Function: fully operational and network unlocked.
