Warranty Coverage

Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Warranty coverage depends on the product type and is shown on each product page.

Mobitel Own Products

Mobitel own products include a 1-year Mobitel warranty. This warranty covers eligible hardware faults that occur during normal use.

The Mobitel warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, software modification, unauthorised repair, account locks, network issues, or damage caused by third-party accessories.

Brand-New Sealed Phones

Brand-new sealed phones are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, usually 12–24 months depending on the brand and model.

Manufacturer warranty is provided by the original brand/manufacturer and is subject to their warranty terms. For warranty support, customers may contact the manufacturer directly or contact Mobitel for guidance.

Refurbished Phones

Refurbished phones include a 1-year warranty unless different warranty terms are clearly stated on the individual product page.

Each refurbished phone is tested, IMEI verified, and securely data-wiped before sale. The warranty covers eligible hardware faults that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, software modification, unauthorised repair, account locks, network issues, or damage caused by third-party accessories.

Accessories

Accessories are covered only where a warranty is clearly stated on the product page. Faulty accessories should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
