What is the returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all our recycled phones. If your phone is faulty, simply fill in the RMA form on our forms page within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Brand new phones are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Can the goods be delivered?

Yes, we deliver across the UK. Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Delivery charges may apply based on your selected method.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free standard UK delivery. Express delivery is £3.99 for orders below £9.99, and next-day delivery is available for £6.99.

Can I buy in bulk?

For large personal orders, please contact us directly. We focus primarily on individual consumer sales.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order – you can buy just one phone.

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfers, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Goods are dispatched after payment is confirmed.

How can I get stock updates?

We update our website daily with current stock. You can also call us anytime, or sign up with your email at the bottom of the page to receive our stocklist by email.

How do I create an account?

Click Log in at the top of our website, enter your name and email address, and submit the form. Your account will be created instantly – you can then manage your details, view order history, and track shipments.

Can I add products to an existing order?

Yes, but only before 4pm and if your order has not yet been shipped.

How can I place my order?

You can order directly through our website, by email, by phone, or even via WhatsApp. Our contact details are on the Contact Us page

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, you can visit our warehouse to collect your order. Please call ahead or order by phone and we will prepare your parcel for pickup. Our address is on the Contact Us page.

How can I exchange the phone?

Exchanges are only offered if the phone is faulty. You must visit our store to exchange for the same model. We do not exchange brand new phones.

Mobitel is a direct-to-consumer retailer specialising in recycled and new mobile phones, tablets, and watches. We focus on quality products and excellent service for individual customers.

Do recycled phones come with a box and accessories?

Yes, every recycled phone comes with a certified accessory pack and box. The exact contents vary by model – please check the product listing for details.

How are the phones graded?

Is all stock on the website physically available?

All stock listed on our website is updated daily. However, we recommend calling us to confirm availability for specific models.

What if the model I want is not listed?

Please contact us with your requested model, and we will do our best to source it for you.

Can I see photos of a phone before buying?

Yes, we can provide sample photos of most models and grades. Just message us on WhatsApp with your request.

Are phones SIM-locked?

No, we sell only unlocked phones. Each device is tested manually and with software to ensure it is unlocked.
