Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
What is the returns policy?
We provide 14-day returns on all our recycled phones. If any phone turns out to be faulty, we will accept it back, but only within the 14-day period. You need to fill in the RMA form that can be found on the forms page. Please note that we do not provide any returns on brand new phones.
Can the goods be delivered?
Yes, we deliver in the UK. The orders should be placed before 4pm for next-day delivery (Mon-Fri). Charges may apply accordingly.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free on orders over £5,000 excluding VAT for UK. Insured deliveries (extended liabilities) will have to be paid by the customer.
How much is the delivery cost for orders below £5,000?
The delivery cost depends on the number of parcels and you will be notified about the shipping cost once the order is placed.

Can I buy in bulk?
Yes! We carry out trade with various companies and organizations.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order policy.
How can I pay?
We only accept bank transfers. All goods will be dispatched upon receiving full payment. Please note we do not provide any returns on brand new phones.
How can I get stock updates?
We update our website every day with the updated stock list. You can also call us anytime for an updated list. You can also sign up to receive our stocklist by mail by typing your email in the sign-up box at the bottom of the page.
How do I create an account with you?
To create an account, click on “Log in” at the top of our website and Enter your name and email address, then submit the form. Your account will be created instantly, allowing you to manage your details, view order history, and track shipments conveniently.
Can I add additional products to my order?
Yes, you can do so only before 4pm and if the order has not been shipped.
How can I place my order?
You can place your order by emailing us, calling us, or even messaging us on WhatsApp. Our contact details can be found on the contact us page.
Can I personally collect the stock?
Yes, you can just visit our warehouse or order by phone and we will keep your parcel ready for pick-up. Our location can be found on the contact us page.
Can I buy the stock on credit?
No, we do not sell on credit. All products are sold on upfront payment.
How can I exchange the phone?
You can exchange a phone only if it turns out to be faulty. You need to visit our store to exchange the phone. Note we will give an exchange for the same model that you purchased. We do not provide exchange for any brand new phones.

What is the nature of Mobitel’s business?
As a retail business, we specialize in offering a curated selection of mobile phones, tablets, watches, and more. Our commitment is to provide quality products and excellent service to meet the diverse technological needs of our customers.
Do the recycled phones come in box? Do they come with accessories?
These phones are classed as ‘Kit Only’, where we do not provide accessories or box. You will receive just the phone itself.
How are the phones graded?

Is all the stock physically available that is listed on this website?
All stock listed on the website are updated daily. But we recommend you to get in touch with us by calling us and confirm about the stock you are looking for.
Which specifications (region) stock do you trade in?
All products sold by us come from various regions. They are from UK, Europe, USA and Japan as they are in high demand and all devices manufactured after year 2000 are compatible for every single country.
What should I/we do if the required model is not listed on this website?
There are many models that we won’t have or are not aware of. So simply contact us with your required model, grade and quantity and expected pricing in GBP so that we can check with our suppliers and try to fulfil your order.
Can you provide photos of your stock?
Yes, of course. We can send you sample photos of pretty much any model or grade you would like, according to your order. Just message us your request on our WhatsApp number.
Are phones sim-locked?
No, we sell unlocked phones. The phones are tested manually as well as by a software.
