Orders

Goods and services are available only to businesses or sole traders deemed eligible at our absolute discretion. Eligibility includes acceptable applications and registration in the UK and selected parts of Europe. On request, you must provide personal and business details, payment information, and any other required data.

Each order is an offer to purchase the relevant goods. A contract is formed on dispatch of the goods or on receipt of any payment due from you, whichever occurs first. An invoice will be provided; review it carefully and notify us promptly of any errors. We may limit, restrict, or reject any order before the contract completes, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you in such cases.

Price & Payments

Prices will be communicated before order acceptance and include VAT at prevailing rates unless otherwise stated. Certain goods may be subject to Marginal VAT or reverse VAT. By confirming the order, you confirm the payment method is yours. We will issue an invoice on confirmation and expect full payment. Goods are dispatched only after full payment is received. On collection or receipt by you, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

If purchased goods are found to be faulty, they may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are undamaged and in the same condition as when bought. Failure to meet these conditions may result in charges for recovery costs and/or the standalone value of any missing or damaged items.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for brand-new sealed phones (any colour or model); these are covered by a 12–24 month manufacturer’s warranty.

How to start a return: Contact our Support Team by phone at +44 (0) 7946365445 or via our Contact page within 14 days. We will provide packing and return instructions. You are responsible for ensuring safe transit to us; we recommend tracked or Special Delivery where appropriate.

You confirm that any payment method used is yours. On order confirmation, we will issue an invoice; goods are dispatched only after full payment is received. Once collected or received by you, all risk of damage or loss transfers to you.

General

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions). No third-party benefits under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. We may assign rights under these conditions; you may not assign without our consent. English law governs, and any dispute must be brought in UK courts. The sealed-phone return exclusion above applies.

Using This Website

This website adheres to applicable UK legislation and is intended for authorised users. Email is not fully secure; if you choose to send confidential information by email, you do so at your own risk, and we are not responsible for resulting loss.

  1. Access. We will provide access to the website and sell goods and services in accordance with these Conditions.
  2. Your Obligations. You agree:
    • Not to use the website for illegal purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.
    • Not to upload/transmit viruses, macro viruses, trojans, worms, or anything intended to disrupt operations.
    • Not to upload/transmit defamatory, offensive, obscene, or menacing material, or content causing annoyance or anxiety.
    • Not to impair the website’s performance or functionality.
    • Not to infringe others’ rights (IP, confidentiality, privacy).
    • Not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website.
    • If you have claims against another user, you will pursue them independently of us.
    • To provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal information, update it promptly, and not impersonate others.
  3. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us for all losses, costs, and liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Conditions or use of the website.

Monitoring

We may monitor activity and content associated with the website, investigate violations, and take actions we deem appropriate, including warnings, suspensions, denial of access, and/or removal of materials.

Purchase of Goods

When you place an order for delivery, we can promptly send your invoice. On dispatch, you may receive tracking details. Order acceptance completes on dispatch unless we notify you of non-acceptance or you cancel per instructions. Reasons for non-acceptance include unavailability, payment authorisation issues, pricing/description errors, or ineligibility. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we will contact you about waiting for stock, alternatives, or cancellation where items are unavailable.

Prices (including VAT or Marginal/Reverse VAT where applicable) are correct at the time of entry, but we may change prices without notice. We take reasonable steps to secure order and payment information, but are not liable for losses due to unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

To purchase under English law, you must register with accurate, up-to-date details (name, business/company name, phone, email, payment details) and provide a UK delivery address (no PO boxes or hotel/accommodation addresses). Invoicing and any Marginal VAT usage depend on product type and applicable rules.

Your Personal Data

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. We may collect information (e.g., name, address, date of birth, contact details) from forms and trusted external sources. We do not collect personal data unless you provide it. We may disclose data to law enforcement/regulators where legally required, or to third parties if your usage raises concerns inconsistent with our terms. Payment Methods

We accept direct bank transfer and cash on collection. By using these methods, you confirm that the bank account or funds used belong to you.

Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases are restricted to entities legally capable of entering contracts under English law, and individuals or entities resident/incorporated in the UK and selected parts of Europe. Individual customers must be 18+. By purchasing, you confirm you meet the age requirement and, where applicable, are the owner/director of your business. Registration requires accurate details (name, business name, phone, email). Access is granted at our absolute discretion.

Intellectual Property & Right to Use

All copyrights, trademarks, and other IP in website materials/content are owned by us or our licensors. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use on a single computer only as expressly permitted. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or assist others to do so.

Entire Agreement

These Conditions (as updated from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.

Handling Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, we will address your complaint fairly, efficiently, and confidentially. We regularly review our complaint handling and welcome suggestions to improve the process.
