The Samsung Galaxy S9+ launched in March 2018 as Samsung's premium flagship. It introduced a variable aperture main camera (f/1.5 and f/2.4), dual rear cameras with OIS, IP68 waterproofing, a stunning Infinity Display, AKG-tuned stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It was everything a 2018 flagship was supposed to be.

The variable aperture genuinely helps in low-light situations. 4K video at 60fps is supported. The 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls well.
